5.1 Delivery information and costs. Orders from the Finish website can only be delivered to addresses in Finland, Estonia, and Latvia and that in placing an order the customer confirms that s/he is purchasing the product within one of these three countries. Please note we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
5.2 Delivery is within 3 to 6 business days.
Please note that business days are Monday to Friday, but exclude public holidays. Every effort will be made to meet these delivery timescales, but this cannot be guaranteed in some parts of the countries.
Ownership of the product will pass to you once (i) we have received payment in full and (ii) the product is dispatched.
We may recover or decline to dispatch to you any products ordered by you at any time, prior to ownership passing, in the case of your breach of these terms and conditions, fraud or negligence. Risk in the product will pass to you when the product is delivered to you or to a designated third person or when a carrier organised by you collected it from us.
This is a summary of your key legal rights. These are subject to certain exceptions.
The products for sale on our website are all goods. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 says goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. During the expected life of your product your legal rights entitle you to the following:
• up to 30 days: if your item is faulty, then you can get a refund.
• up to six months: if your faulty item can't be repaired or replaced, then you're entitled to a full refund, in most cases.
• up to six years: if the item can be expected to last up to six years you may be entitled to a repair or replacement, or, if that doesn't work, some of your money back.
