Delivery & returns

We deliver to all addresses in Finland from www.lecreuset.fi. If you do not have an address in Finland but would like to purchase products from Le Creuset, please get in touch with our Customer Service team for more details on your available options. We do not currently offer international delivery.
Due to the busy Christmas season, there may be delays in delivery. Order before December 17 to ensure delivery before Christmas.
 
We normally deliver your package within 3-6 working days from when we receive your order. This does not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

All orders from www.lecreuset.fi are processed and delivered by UPS. As soon as your package is ready for delivery and has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. You can use this number to track where on its route your package is. Please be aware that it can take up to 2 hours from the time your package is dispatched for online tracking to be available.

 
For orders under €100, we charge a shipping fee of €10 regardless of the number of items or package size. For orders over €100, Le Creuset always delivers free of charge.

You will see in your basket when you have reached the minimum order value for free shipping.
We deliver to all addresses in Finland, Latvia, and Estonia. Please note we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
If you are not going to be home when your package is due to be delivered, you should rebook your delivery for a different timeslot or arrange pick-up. UPS will leave instructions in your post box.
If we accidentally send you different items to what you ordered on www.lecreuset.fi, or if items in your order are missing, please contact our Customer Service team who will resolve the situation. If your package looks damaged when it arrives, it is a good idea to take a photo of the packaging before unpacking your item. This will make it easier for our Customer Service team to identify and resolve the issue.
RETURNS
Orders placed from 1st November to 31st December 2024 can be returned up to and including 31st January 2025.
Private individuals can return items that were purchased either in a Le Creuset shop or from www.lecreuset.fi.

You can return your purchase in the following ways.
 
  • You can return your item in our store. Please remember to bring your order confirmation with you. Our store staff will handle your return at no cost to you.
  • You can return your item(s) to Le Creuset, Tatti 17, 00760 Helsinki using a delivery company of your choosing. Please fill in this form and enclose into your return. Packages must always be sent directly to us. The store personnel does, unfortunately, not have the option of picking up returns at a parcel shop. Return shipments are at your own expense.

As soon as we have received and processed your return, your money will be refunded to the payment card you used when ordering.
If you would like to exchange your item for another, please see the instructions on how to do a return in-store, by contacting Customer Service or through the website. Unless you exchange your item in-store, the processing time will be longer than the time it will take to get the new item sent to you, so it can be a good idea to order your new item whilst you wait for a refund for the other product.
Got a gift you’d like to return? Follow the returns procedure above and please enclose your bank registration number and account number, as well as the name of your bank. Please also give us the order number and/or the name of the person who gave you the gift.
If you have purchased a Le Creuset product from a third-party reseller, please contact the reseller directly to return your item.
