- Chocolate
Ingredients
- 500ml milk
- 100ml vanilla extract
- 100g ruby chocolate, chopped
- Pinch of salt, to taste

Method

1Scald the milk with the vanilla extract in a Le Creuset saucepan. Add the chocolate, remove from the heat and whisk until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth. Add a pinch of salt to taste.

2Pour into two Le Creuset L’Amour Collection 350ml Mugs and serve immediately.

3Serve with whipped cream, love heart sprinkles, grated chocolate, edible flowers or other toppings of your choice.
