Ingredients
- 200 g finely sliced red cabbage
- ¼ pear, chopped
- 1 small papaya, peeled and cut into small cubes
- 3 tbsp fresh coriander, finely chopped
- 2 spring onions, cut into fine slices
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp sour cream or Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp gochuchang, Korean chilli paste

Method

1Prepare the beef bulgogi according to the recipe.

2Towards the end of the marinating time, arrange all the cabbage salad ingredients in a large bowl or several small bowls, drizzle with lime juice and chill.

3For the chilli dip, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice and chilli paste in a small bowl.

4Brown the prepared meat and serve with the Asian Papaya Pear Slaw and the chili dip.

6You can also mix the ingredients of coleslaw. Jasmine rice tastes good with it.
